The power couple are having the child via a surrogate, after KUWTK star Kim Kardashian West was advised by doctor’s to not have another pregnancy, following complications in her last two pregnancies.
However, the star has now opened up about how she’s struggling with the process of using a surrogate mother.
Speaking on Entertainment Tonight, Kim said: "You know, it is really different. Anyone that says or thinks it is just the easy way out is just completely wrong."
The 37 year old also opened up about she is finding the lack of control that she has as she awaits her third child, difficult.
She said: "I think it is so much harder to go through it this way, because you are not really in control.
"Obviously you pick someone that you completely trust and that you have a good bond and relationship with, but... knowing that I was able to carry my first two babies and not, you know, my baby now, it's hard for me.

"So, it's definitely a harder experience than I anticipated just in the control area.'
She admitted that this reaction surprised her as she said: "I hated being pregnant... I thought this was going to be so easy."
Kim and Kanye West will be welcoming another sibling for daughter North and son Saint at the beginning of next year.
Kim recently turned her Los Angeles mansion into a "cherry blossom forest" for her baby shower.
The social media superstar and her guests gave fans a glimpse of the extravagant occasion, sharing photos and videos from inside the exclusive party to celebrate the arrival of Kim's third child with husband Kanye West.
