FAITH singer George Michael visited a hospital in Vienna in November — weeks before his death.
The star — who died on 25 December — flew to Austria by private jet.
He visited the same medical centre that saved his life in 2011 when he was struck down with pneumonia.
George is thought to have been seen by two top doctors.
He was joined by lover Fadi Fawaz on the trip.
Fadi's presence suggests they were still together in his final months despite rumours of a rift, according to the Mirror.
It was Fadi who found George dead at his home in Goring-on-Thames on Christmas Day.

We take a look a George Michael's incredible life and musical legacy following his shocking death on 25 December 2016, aged 53
The hairdresser confirmed his boyfriend had died “peacefully” in a heartbreaking message on his now-deleted Twitter account.
Over the weekend it was revealed that George's family invited the singer's ex Kenny Goss to his funeral.
The former couple were together for 13 years between 1996 - 2009, and following the Wham! star’s death, Kenny referred to their relationship as a “major part of his life”.
While George was openly gay with fans, his sexuality was frowned upon in the Greek Orthodox community.
A source said: “It is not acceptable in our community to be homosexual and so that was very hard for George’s father, but we accepted George as he was.
“George was a hero for our community, and the Greek radio stations are expected to play the funeral in its entirety.”
The insider added to The Sun: “We are all waiting for the word and we will be lining the streets to pay our respects.”
Now, George’s father, Kyriacos Panayiotou has invited Kenny to be part of the memorial as a “public acceptance” of their relationship.
Greek Orthodox tradition states that a burial must occur within a week of death, however it is thought that the singer’s funeral will take place in early February due to toxicology tests.
However, Kyriacos has started planning the funeral, with some pall bearers travelling from Cyprus.
“He [Kyriacos] has chosen all the funeral details and pall bearers – some are coming from Cyrpus,” the insider went on.
“But it cannot go ahead until the body is released. That is a real source of pain for the family.”
