EMILY MacDonagh and Peter Andre recently welcomed their second child together.
The junior doctor gave birth to a baby boy on November 22 and proud husband Pete took to Twitter to confirm as he posted: "Very very happy for our new baby boy :)).
"Thanks so much for all you're lovely comments. Buzzing (sic)."
The newborn is the star's fourth child – he already has Junior, 11, and Princess, 8, with ex-wife, Katie Price – and Emily's second.
The couple – who got married in 2015 – share two-year-old Ameila, who was born in January 2014.
Here's everything you need to know about the little one...
After being born prematurely, Emily previously revealed to OK! magazine exclusively that Theo had "dropped 16 per cent of his body weight".

As Peter Andre and Emily MacDonagh are expecting their second baby together, we take a look at their most intimate family snaps with Junior, Princess and Amelia
But despite putting on weight and being breast fed constantly by his mum, Theo is still a small baby.
Speaking to New! magazine, Peter said: "Thankfully, he's putting on weight but he's still so tiny. He can't even fit in 0-3 months clothing.
"But he has got an appetite on him. As for Ems, she's constantly breastfeeding."
Not long after welcoming Theo, Emily revealed exclusively to OK! magazine that birth complications had led to a C-section.
However, Peter explained to New! magazine that Emily is recovering well but won't be getting pregnant again as soon as he'd like due to the major op.
He said: "She's recovering well, but she still can't do things like lift Mills, which I think is what Mills has found the hardest, so I've had to take on a much more prominent role at the moment with her."
Peter finally revealed he and Emily have called their son, Theodore James.
The singer tweeted: "Theo it is then Or Theodore James Andre (a) To be precise."
Speaking to OK! magazine, Pete explained: "Emily came up with Theodore, which happens to be the Greek version of my mum's name, Theobisti, which means 'faith in God'.
"The fact Emily knew this and wanted it so much suddenly made me emotional because I knew how much my mum would love that."
Emily revealed the "birth did no go to plan" after enduring complications during labour.
She told OK! magazine: "I was having regular Braxton Hicks from 20 weeks onwards and I was told at my 34-week check that he was breech. Then, after being a good size, I was told his weight had dropped right down."
She added: "I went to hospital and they tried to turn him from the outside, which was quite painful, but I didn't want a C-section so I had to get through it. They tried it three times but he kept flipping back around.
"The day after they tried to turn him, I went into hospital to have steroids and help his lungs develop and it was decided that I needed to have a C-section. I was so upset that I had to have a Caesarean, but it was too dangerous not too."
Revealing her son isn't much of a sleeper, Emily told OK! magazine: "I was up every hour last night because he's catching up on his growth and he's always hungry. After he was born, he lost a lot of weight - by day three he's dropped 16 per cent of his body weight.
"That was scary so we had to take him to the hospital to have his bloods done. He's weighed frequently and this week he's put on 220 grams compared to just 30 grams last week."
And opening up about breastfeeding, Emily added: "I love breastfeeding so much and I'm really enjoying doing it for a second time."
Pete revealed the baby is sleeping well at the moment and looks just like him.
Speaking in his column, he gushed over his newborn: "I already can't imagine life without him and it feels like he's been with us forever."
He added: "He's sleeping so well at the moment but I know that's not gonna last forever. And he one hundred per cent looks like me, poor thing!"
The baby arrived three weeks before his due date, weighing 6lbs 10oz.
Emily welcomed their son at Musgrove Park hospital in Taunton, Somerset, which is not far from her parent's home.
According to Pete's manager the baby is "healthy and well" after a few problems before the birth.
As Emily's due date edged nearer, Pete revealed his wife had moved into her parents house to prepare for the birth.
Speaking to new! magazine, he said: "We were at Emily's parents' house in Taunton for a few days last week. We still think the baby is going to come early so we're pretty much basing ourselves there as Emily wants to have the baby in Somerset.
"We will head there in a couple of weeks to be on standby as there's no way Emily is going to be able to hold out until the due date, which is around mid-December. I'm driving back and forth to see Junior and Bista though."
Emily revealed she didn't have any morning sickness, but did suffer from reflux, restless legs and developed eczema.
She told OK! magazine exclusively: "I do have reflux and I've developed eczema, I can't wear anything that's not cotton, otherwise I come up in a rash.
"Then there's the restless legs..."
Pete revealed he didn't find out the sex of his baby but told OK! magazine exclusively he hoped for a boy.
And after making an appearance Loose Women recently, Pete was told his wishes could be coming true.
The Loose Women ladies explained they had spoken to a psychic who had predicted he would be having a boy.
The psychic said: "I feel a male energy, I get the name David, connected to Emily’s father."
Discussing the name, they suggested Nicholas or Nico would be ideally suited.
Originally, in an exclusive interview with OK! magazine, the father of three admitted he was more in favour of something traditional for his little one, due in December.
Peter told us: "I love traditional names like Rose, Elizabeth or Mary."
If the singer and Emily welcome a boy, however, they want a name that reflects strength.
Pete added: "For boys, strong names – James, Arthur, Oscar and Max."
Pete explained exclusively to OK! magazine what he and Emily have planned for the birth, when asked if the birth will be natural, Pete said: "Yes, Ems is hoping so."
Speaking about whether he would be present at the birth, he added: "Yes of course, at the top end.
"It will be a whole different experience this time because we're not going to find out the sex for the first time ever - if I manage not to ask."
However, when questioned about whether Emily wanted a home birth, the star admitted she'd prefer to have it in hospital.
He said: "No, with her mum [Dr Rebecca MacDonagh] being a paediatrician, she’d prefer to have it in the hospital with her mum by side."
In another exclusive with OK! mag, Pete has admitted he and Emily are keeping things neutral when it comes to kitting their tot out with equipment.
"We've still got some bits to buy but we're getting there. We have to buy everything in neutral colours because we don't know what the sex is," the excited dad said.
"If it's a girl we've got so much stuff left over from Amelia that we can reuse."
Speaking exclusively to OK! magazine, Pete revealed the adorable way Emily told him she was pregnant.
He said: "I came home and she said: 'Me and Amelia have got you a little something.' She handed me a present.
"As I unwrapped it, I saw it was a pregnancy test. I initially thought she wanted to do the test to see if she was pregnant, but she stayed silent.
"I looked at her, then looked at the box, then back at her and it suddenly registered that the test read positive."
Peter added that the couple had been trying for a baby but "didn’t think it was going to happen as quickly."
The dad of 3 revealed Emily was pregnant on social media.
Pete shared the first baby scan with his 340K Instagram followers, he simply captioned the image: ""OMG dad to be AGAIN :))) Brilliant. So so happy."
However, the big announcement did cause some confusion as the name on the scan read: "Andrea Emily Elizabeth".
Which prompted one follower to tell Pete: "Fab news… Shame the hospital spelt her last name wrong… Or are you spelling yours wrong lol x congrats to you all (sic)."
Clearing up the confusion, Pete told new! magazine: "It’s really funny that people still think Emily’s last name is MacDonagh, but it’s actually Andrea - pronounced Andre.
"She changed it as soon as we got married and loves using it."
