The Saturdays singer was set to attend the ITV gala tonight (November 9) in London.
But in a heartbreaking Instagram post, Frankie told her 900k followers that Parker was suffering with croup.
"The face of a proud emotionally drained Mum who’s child has been really poorly and scared her half to death and a child who is the prime example of how well and quickly they bounce back," she captioned an image of her child cuddling up to her.
"This little man is so full of love and this surprise hug felt more amazing than he will ever know... not sure who was looking after who," she added.
"No itv gala for this mumma tonight.. all home now so cuddles and Christmas movies are the order of the day."
She added: "#family #love #son #mum #nhs Croup is not our friend."

The NHS describes croup as a childhood condition that makes it difficult to breathe, and causes a hoarse voice and barking cough.
It affects the windpipe, airways to the lungs and the voice box.
Newly-blonde Frankie was flooded with support from her fans who have also been through the harrowing experience.
"My baby had croup @francescabridge so scary & I felt so helpless but he was so brave," one fan wrote. "Glad your little man OK."
Another said: "We have croup too @francescabridge 3 year old suffering. I just sit and watch him breathing/coughing in the night. It's so scary."
A third continued: "My 9 month old son has just had croup. It’s was just awful and so scary!! We are incredibly lucky to have the #nhs honestly couldn’t fault the impeccable care they gave him. And the reassurance they gave me and my partner!"
