Elsewhere, as her awareness of her own condition grows ever more a reality, Sienna took drastic action in the latest episode and met with a solicitor to discuss plans for her twins after her death.

A tearful Sienna also told her pal: "I've made sure if anything happens, they save the twins and not me. I may only get to be their mum for a few minutes but I'm going to be a good mum. Even if I'm not around long enough to be a good wife."
